 Mail Merge the automatic addition of names and addresses from a database to letters and envelopes in order to facilitate sending mail, especially advertising, to many addresses. here are the steps on how to use Mail Merge in words: Step 1 Create a document. a letter of invitation. Step 2 Create a Header and Bottom for the document, of your company. PARTS OF THE MS WORD Title Bar This displays the document name, it is located at the center and top of the document window and shows the name of the program or document. Quick Access Toolbar This bar is one of the most important parts of Microsoft Word, it is located at the top of the screen, on the left corner just above the File Tab. Microsoft Account  This features the owner of this Microsoft Account. it is also located at the top of the screen, in the right corner. Ribbon Display Option This feature lets you toggle the ribbon between three different states. The Auto-Hide Ribbon, Show Tabs, Show Tabs, and Commands.It is also located at the top of the screen, in the right corner. HOW I DISCOVERED DIGITAL ART I discovered digital art from youtube, I like watching speedpaints and animations a lot back in a day and until this days. it was my parts of my year and it is very enjoyable.
